Kim has worked in the immigration field since 1998, and founded White Rose Visas in 2009. She has gained an enviable reputation for consistently securing positive outcomes for her clients. Kim advises across a range of immigration routes, including family, discretionary and all options for business and economic migration.

Lauren is one of our Senior Advisers and has been working in immigration for over 10 years. She has previously worked as a caseworker for UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI). Lauren advises across various immigration routes, including family migration, Settlement, and Citizenship applications.

Linzi advises on a variety of applications including Settlement, Citizenship, and partner visas. She also works closely with Sponsors to ensure they comply with their duties in employing Skilled Worker migrants. Linzi began working in immigration in a paralegal capacity before becoming an adviser in 2014.

Rachel first joined White Rose Visas in 2019 and has previously worked for the Immigration Advice Service. Rachel is highly committed to her clients and advises on a range of categories including Skilled Worker, Spouse, and Citizenship.

Jessica has been working in the immigration field since 2014. She primarily focuses on assisting organisations to obtain and maintain a Sponsor Licence but advises across a variety of immigration routes including partner visas, Settlement, and Citizenship.

Tracey joined White Rose Visas in 2018 and quickly became an expert in everything relating to Sponsor Licence issues. She assists employers initially to obtain their Sponsor Licences and more importantly ensures that they retain their status through maintaining compliance. Tracey consistently receives glowing feedback from her clients for her dedication to providing this support.

Lukas is part of our paralegal support team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring that our core standards are met for every application and for every client. Lukas is originally from Slovakia. He enjoys travelling and would love to visit as many new countries as possible, however he would certainly return to Iceland, Corsica, and Portugal.

Jack is part of our paralegal support team. Jack loves music and plays the guitar. He enjoys travelling around the UK and Europe with friends, especially to gigs and festivals.

Sandra is part of our paralegal support team. Sandra enjoys knitting, zumba, and spin classes as well as spending time with her family.

Tracy is part of our paralegal support team. Before joining White Rose Visas, Tracy worked for many years within customer services and is passionate about customer care. She has lived abroad and loves to travel with friends. Tracy enjoys watching live music, comedy, going for long walks, and relaxes by sewing.

Ashley is part of our paralegal support team. Ashley is passionate about helping people, reflected in her previous experience as a paralegal and hotline volunteer. She enjoys dancing, travelling, and playing video games.

Mark's focus is on ensuring that White Rose Visas remains efficient, client-focused, and responsive to rapidly changing immigration policy. He is particularly keen to create and deploy new systems so that our advisers' time is spent helping clients, not fighting with paperwork.
