The only exception is insofar as we are subject to legal or regulatory obligation, for example obligations imposed by our regulatory body, the Immigration Advice Authority.
This privacy policy relates to all information provided by you to White Rose Visas, as a client of White Rose Visas or otherwise.
Types of data that we collect
Client data relevant to immigration applications
As part of our client service, we record and store data relating to client details, client situation, and advice provided. This data is used by us solely in order to provide an excellent client service, to ensure a successful immigration application, and to provide the best possible advice.
We are required by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to retain relevant data for a period of no less than six years.
In addition, we are required by the IAA to retain relevant data for any future audit by the IAA. However, on request, clients may object to their data being used for future audits of this sort.

As part of our enquiry process, and in order to help you best, we may record your name, contact details, and other relevant information relating to your enquiry.
Website Cookies
We do not collect cookie information on our website. If we do decide to change this policy, we will update our Privacy Policy, notify subscribers to our newsletter via their email address and clearly present it on our website.
Certain third party services that we use to ensure full functionality of our website may set their own cookies as part of providing that service. This list includes our search provider, Site Search 360; our review aggregator, ElfSight; and our content delivery service, Cloudflare.
Mailing List
Anyone on our mailing list has been explicitly asked whether or not they would like to receive our regular emails. If they assent to this, we record their name, email address, and minimal additional information to ensure that they receive the emails most relevant to their own situation.
The mailing list is only used to provide relevant information, news and advice concerning UK immigration. We do not sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use a third party provider, MailerLite, to deliver our e-newsletters.
You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing [email protected].
Access to your personal information
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
You may obtain an account of all of your personal information held by White Rose Visas upon request.
Clients of White Rose Visas may examine their records and any personal information contained therein upon request. This includes any Case Notes relating to your immigration application or immigration advice provided. To view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold, please email [email protected].
