I would like to thank White Rose Visas who have helped me massively in obtaining a visitor visa for my relatives in India. The initial applications were refused twice, i had given up altogether and i wasn't going to re-apply 3rd time round. I was referred to White Rose Visas in Sheffield. All requirements and points raised in the very first refusal were now met, therefore there was no reason to refuse the visas 2nd time round. White Rose Visas were confident that the Home Office would overturn their decision, and they were right! The ECM overturned the previous decision made and granted the visitor visas to my relatives.
We were so nervous and hesitant to spend money after hearing so much negative news about other Immigration Services. I think that the service I received was professional, caring, supportive and whilst we had an initial refusal due to a mistake by the home office case worker they were able to support us and help up get an approval letter the same day. After a first refusal on a visiting visa, we went to White Rose Visa's to seek help on a second application. We were given more than a free 30 minute consultation over email, and advised to go for a settlement visa. Linzi was excellent at determining which visa we would need to apply for based on our situation and has saved us a lot of money and time as I did not know we needed to go down this route.
